What the help center covers

The help center is a searchable set of answers grouped by topic. Account and billing questions cover managing your account, how subscriptions are billed, and how to cancel. Questions about picks explain what the confidence levels and signals mean, how units are used, what the charts show, and how every pick is graded once the game is final. Product sections walk through Daily Picks, the Model Builder, Betting Lines, Scores, News, and Learn, including which sports each one covers.

New to betting? The basics section explains how odds work, the common bet types, and what responsible gambling looks like in practice. Sharper Points is an analytics and information service: it does not accept wagers, and no model or pick guarantees a profit.
